Our client offers the opportunity to gain practical experience within a face-to-face sales and customer service environment, supported by experienced sales professionals from day one.

Based in London, our client is a sales and marketing company representing recognised non-profit brands through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based campaigns. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their sales team with enthusiastic individuals interested in building their communication, customer engagement and sales skills.

Please note: This opportunity is not suitable for candidates currently in education as our client is seeking individuals with Full-Time Equivalent Availability who are available for 5 full working days per week.

What They're Looking For

  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with people in face-to-face environments.
  • No previous experience needed; applicants from customer-facing backgrounds are welcomed.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
  • Full-Time Equivalent Availability (5 full working days per week).

The Role

  • Engaging with customers face-to-face through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based campaigns across London.
  • Providing information about products and services while answering customer enquiries.
  • Delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Supporting customer acquisition activities and accurately completing relevant customer records.

  • Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, applicable when representing a client for a day), plus commission and performance incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives. No previous experience is needed. Applicants with experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, waiting staff, front of house, administration, warehouse or other customer-facing roles may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
