Sales Administration Support

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, supporting sales growth, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same., As a Sales Administration Support colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales operation and managing relationships with existing customers. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience while identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts and drive business success. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Supporting the growth and development of customer business portfolios
  • Providing comprehensive sales and administrative support
  • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
  • Managing and coordinating operational issue resolution
  • Processing stock requests and new item set-ups
  • Supporting sales and marketing initiatives, including custom catalogues and promotional programmes
  • Preparing and managing purchase agreements
  • Conducting basic data analysis and reporting
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer data within Oracle and Salesforce systems
  • Working independently on a variety of projects and initiatives while supporting wider business objectives

    Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment, GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience within sales support, administration, customer service, account management or a similar environment would be advantageous
