This is an office based role<br><br>Join one of London's most iconic event venues<br><br>Central Hall Westminster is the largest heritage events venue in Westminster, hosting conferences, exhibitions, graduations, corporate events, concerts and public gatherings from 2 to 2,000+ guests. Working with corporate organisations, charities, agencies and private clients, we deliver a diverse programme of events in one of London's most recognised venues. High-profile events hosted at Central Hall Westminster include the Netflix Wednesday Season 2 Global Premiere, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and the Burberry Fashion Show, reflecting our reputation for delivering memorable experiences in a unique and historic setting.<br><br>CHW Ltd is owned by Trustees appointed by the Methodist Church. A place people are proud to work, where integrity, caring, collaboration and innovation shape our decisions and actions.<br><br>We are looking for a commercially focused Sales Account Executive to join our sales team, who will convert enquiries into confirmed business, grow revenue from existing accounts and develop relationships with new clients.<br><br>The Role<br><br>You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, providing a professional and responsive service. Working across corporate, charity, agency and private event markets, you will secure events ranging from small meetings to large-scale conferences, graduations and concerts.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities Include<br><br></strong>Managing enquiries for events of 2 to 2,000+ attendees<br><br>Preparing proposals and quotations<br><br>Conducting venue site visits and client meetings<br><br>Converting enquiries into confirmed business<br><br>Building relationships with new and existing clients<br><br>Managing and developing key accounts<br><br>Working with colleagues and service partners to maximise revenue<br><br>Applying commercial judgement to pricing and yield management<br><br>Monitoring enquiries through our venue management system<br><br>Representing Central Hall Westminster at industry events<br><br>Identifying market trends and growth opportunities<br><br><strong>About You<br><br></strong>You will have experience in venue, conference, event or hotel sales, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality or events sector.
