Be comfortable discussing and configuring network connectivity to the Varian Cloud (AWS and Azure), setting up/troubleshooting HL7 messaging, Cloverleaf, addressing security configuration needs/concerns, discussing, and configuring VPNs, Whitelisting, and working cross-functionally within Varian to deliver a memorable, positive customer experience</li><li>Provide customer-facing technical expertise, primarily during implementation, across domains such as networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian's Software-as-Service portfolio</li><li>Serve as an active part of the SaaS Enablement Team to deliver a successful implementation from kick-off through go-live</li><li>Develop and foster relationships with the internal customers: SaaS project team, other partners inside Varian’s network</li><li>Update and maintain customer cloud supported products environments as needed</li><li>Compile status reports to the assigned project manager/manager</li><li>Collect and analyze data providing feedback identifying opportunities to improve the implementation and customer satisfaction</li><li>Performs cloud product installations and configuration, as well as on premise connectivity, using system tools where available for implementation and upgrades</li><li>Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary</li><li>Works with cloud-based and on premise (physical and virtual) environments, operating systems, databases and other software and networking technologies</li><li>Reviews scope of work for assigned tasks and tracks to completion</li><li>Reviews customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure they meet documented installation requirements</li><li>Completes all necessary task documentation to meet Varian’s Quality processes and procedures</li><li>Requires limited direct supervision</li><li>Attend planning calls and provide technical input as needed</li><li>Complete company provided training within prescribed timelines</li><li>Reports to the Director of the SaaS Enablement Team <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements And Qualifications<br><br></strong><li>Able to work in fast paced environment and on multiple tasks in organized, efficient manner</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Passion for delivering excellent customer experience ratings</li><li>2-5 years’ experience</li><li>Cooperative and composed, good team player</li>Willingness to travel to designated events <15% travel required<li>Professional full fluency in English & German<br><br></li><strong>Typical Education And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline with some post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Required: experience using Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Required: Experience in IT, Cloud and Networking</li><li>Desired: Experience with Flowchart and Diagraming Software <br><br></li></ul><strong>Our Global Team<br><br></strong>We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
