As a Content Moderator in Porto, youll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.

What Youll Do

  • Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules

  • Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies

  • Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues

  • Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience

  • Maintain high-quality reporting according to established protocols

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
