The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This critical role involves processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents. The successful candidate will also be accountable for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity. Additionally, the Data Entry Specialist may be relied upon to analyze reputed company and escalated issues, conduct testing and validation of new technology enhancements, and reputed company support for provider changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company, ensuring accuracy and attention to reputed company
  • Identify and address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner
  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, including settling and reconciling transactions and processing returns activity
