Remote Personal & Business Assistant (Part-Time)Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Remote Personal & Business Assistant to support both business and personal administrative tasks. This is a flexible, part-time, work-from-home role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating professionally, and managing multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will be trustworthy, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and confident taking initiative while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business and personal calendars, appointments, and reminders.
  • Respond professionally to emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Organise meetings and video calls.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised digital records.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Maintain and organise files using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Manage appointments and client records using Fresha.
  • Order supplies and assist with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and personal errands that can be completed remotely.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, personal assistant, executive assistant, or office support role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Good typing speed and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Desirable
  • Experience using Fresha.
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounts administration experience.
  • Experience supporting a small business owner or entrepreneur.
  • Familiarity with social media or online business administration.
