[Remote] Functional Senior Consultant, Business Central

The Functional Senior Consultant for Business Central will collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, assist in the implementation of bolthires Dynamics 365, and provide training and support throughout the process. Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document business requirements during client meetings • Assist in gap analyses between business needs and proposed solutions • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of bolthires Dynamics 365 Business Central and relevant third-party products • Contribute to project deliverables including Functional Requirements Documents, Customization Specifications, and User Training Materials • Aid in data conversion and integration tasks, including building and supporting integrations as needed • Participate in feature testing, solution validation, and user acceptance testing • Help deliver end-user training across various formats (one-on-one, webinars, classroom-style sessions) • Provide front-line application support and assist with help desk escalations • Assist in creating financial statements and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools • Support Senior Consultants and team leads on Business Central implementation projects • Work toward obtaining bolthires Dynamics 365 certifications relevant to the role • Demonstrate professional, clear, and timely communication in all client and team interactions • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help develop their skills and confidence Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or other related field of study or 6 years of experience performing duties similar to what is listed in this job posting • 2+ years of experience in software consulting, implementation, or support of bolthires Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations within Dynamics 365 • Proficient in bolthires Office Suite • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Power BI and other reporting tools related to Dynamics 365 Business Central • Certified in bolthires Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central • Familiar with Insight Works (IW) Product Configurator Benefits • Group health plan benefits • 401(K) • Profit-sharing contributions • Flexible time off • Parental leave Company Overview • Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network.
