ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently hiring experienced ICU healthcare professionals for an exciting AI healthcare evaluation project focused on nursing education and clinical response validation.

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), or Physician Assistants (PAs) with Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience to evaluate AI-generated healthcare and nursing education content. Selected professionals will review responses for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and educational value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated nursing and healthcare education responses related to critical care and ICU practice
  • Assess outputs based on:
  • Overall Helpfulness
  • Clinical Correctness
  • Comprehension & Clarity
  • Completeness
  • Educational Safety / Harmfulness
  • • Complete assigned evaluations within defined timelines
  • • Provide professional feedback to support AI healthcare content improvement
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active and valid RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
  • Minimum 2+ years of ICU/critical care clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of critical care protocols and patient management
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Prior academic, teaching, validation, or review experience is an advantage

  • Evaluation Time: Approximately 15 minutes per query
  • Assignment Volume: Based on reviewer availability and project allocation
