Confidential Architect customer solutions by leveraging expert knowledge of Sensus services and products such as RNI, MDM (Sensus Analytics), AMR Reading (Sensus EasyLink), and required integrations Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the senior Company Confidential of escalation and Company Confidential customer Company Confidential for the Canadian region Represent the region across business development phases RFP, Company Confidential, customer contract negotiations, and Company Confidential installation contractor SOWs Build strong Company Confidential relationships across Sensus organizations including Sensus Sales, Technical Support, Company Confidential, Engineering, Marketing, and Company Confidential Company Confidential closely with Canadian Distributor to Company Confidential Company Confidential of post-sales technical issues Company Confidential project status reporting to senior management and Company Confidential customer conflict Company Confidential What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Company Confidential technical discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) 8+ years of combined experience in project management, Company Confidential service, and/or applications engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role Demonstrated experience in Company Confidential distribution services or Company Confidential (water, gas, and/or Company Confidential) Strong knowledge of Company Confidential Company Confidential, business processes, and software platforms including Company Confidential Data Management Systems (MDM) and Customer Information Systems (CIS) Project management experience covering Company Confidential relations, budget and Company Confidential development, schedule development, and leading cross-functional project teams Company Confidential ability to determine key business issues and Company Confidential appropriate Company Confidential plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives Effective leadership, project management, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills Goal oriented, with the ability to work effectively in both Company Confidential and office environments Willingness to travel Company Confidential Canada as required to support customers, Company Confidential, and team members Company Confidential to Have Master’s degree, MBA, and/or PMP certification Bilingual proficiency in English and French Hands-on experience with AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) deployments, RF networks, or IoT-Company Confidential systems Familiarity with Company Confidential or Company Confidential ticketing systems AI/ML certification or hands-on experience applying AI in Company Confidential analysis or optimization The estimated salary Company Confidential for this position is $150k to $175k Company Confidential plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the Company Confidential.
