We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our freelance team in London. The role will entail working closely with leading Construction Contractors, Consultants, Engineers and Developers to attract top talent to their businesses. Role We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join Atkins Search to work in our successful Freelance appointments team, this role will focus on sourcing blue collar candidates for our contractor clients. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work in partnership with our Recruitment Consultants and Management team to deliver recruitment solutions to our client base. You will need to be organised, have an eye for detail and have experience of sourcing candidates and job seekers across a number of platforms, including LinkedIn and wider Social Media. You will be responsible for making first contact with candidates and speaking with them to secure their interest in the opportunities we are recruiting for. In addition, you will utilise our CRM system to track and process the candidate through the appointment cycle. Responsibilities As a Recruitment Resourcer, your role will entail (but not limited to): Research and source candidates using various candidate attraction strategies for sector and geography specific vacancies First point of contact to candidates to present suitable opportunities Create and implement candidate attraction strategies Manage the candidate process from sourcing, identifying and assessing to interview and offer stage Attend team meetings to provide insights and input into sourcing strategies Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate up to date information on our CRM following candidate communication Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ensuring excellent customer services in all areas of work Build relationships with candidates to become an expert in your field Remuneration At Atkins Search, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional, long-lasting outcomes that create a positive legacy in the built environment and our own business.
