As a Receptionist Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Front of House team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients on a part-time basis. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

Working Monday to Thursday, 2.15PM - 5.15PM, it’s a great opportunity for a bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment! Working alongside a team of dynamic people! You’ll:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a smile and contagious positivity
  • Keep our reception and meeting rooms looking sharp and ready for action
  • Help book meetings, reserve rooms and keep everyone’s calendars in sync
  • Answer calls and inquiries with efficiency and with the DJH flair
  • Keep the energy high in meetings by offering and making refreshments
  • Tackle various administrative tasks using our sector-specific software whenever needed
