My client is looking for a motivated and personable Property Acquisition Agent to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a keen interest in residential property.

As a Property Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing on- and off-market properties through local estate agents and professional networks. You’ll visit agents, attend viewings, and identify properties that meet the purchasing criteria. Strong communication and rapport-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source suitable residential properties in Birmingham & Surrounds
  • Build and maintain relationships with local estate agents
  • Attend property viewings and assess opportunities based on the buying criteria
  • Report findings and recommendations to the central acquisitions team
  • Support or lead negotiations to secure properties
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a proactive approach
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market (preferred)
  • Experience in estate agency, property sourcing, or sales (advantage)
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
