Project Administrator/Advisor

Not all job adverts are the same, so take this as not all business and jobs are the same!!

EVRi has grown year after year, and this year is no different, with the September launch of our brand new, cutting-edge super hub in Barnsley (the largest of its kind in Europe!) and the development of many additional depots. Not to add that we are already anticipating peak 2022.

This is wonderful news for the communities in which we work and serve, since it will result in the creation of thousands of new jobs, including both full-time and contract, flexible employment.

This also means we need to boost our central support hence we are searching for a Workforce Area Coordinator on a 5-month FTC to support the recruitment within the area.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator (internally we call these roles Regional Workforce Resourcer) to join our team to help with an exciting new project we are implementing across our Depots. This role is a 6 month FTC and is a remote role with expectation to travel when required

Your role:

Reporting to the Regional Workforce Manager, you will ensure the the project is delivered on time, inputting information for each site and helping to train end users.

As the successful candidate you will have proven experience either as an in-house Recruitment Specialist or agency background, with the ability to manage multiple and at times, high-volume recruitment. You will possess excellent attention to detail and adept at building and maintaining solid relationships with candidates and key stakeholders across the business. You must thrive in being part of a great team and having fun, as the role is in a face pace environment which can be challenging, but as a team we support and ensure we get through together. Our outlook is to work hard and play hard!

You will be accountable for:

  • Updating and implementation of our new software system within the network
  • Train end users how to use the new system
  • Reviewing, updating and posting engaging job averts that demonstrate our company values in line with the EVRi brand guidelines
  • Seeking opportunities to create brand awareness and build candidate pipeline
  • 1st Stage application sifting and/or phone interview including candidate rejection and feedback where appropriate
  • Maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by role vacancy and/or campaign
  • Booking and manage interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers
  • Closing the Recruitment process with candidates e.g. verbal offers or rejections with feedback where appropriate
  • Provide stakeholder updates on a proactive and by request basis
