Programme Coordinator
Our client is an innovative human rights organisation seeking a highly organised Programme Co-ordinator; this is a unique opportunity to join a small, collaborative team working across the legal and technology sectors.
The role will coordinate the review and management of digital evidence submitted through their app and then work closely with the team to coordinate a network of pro bono lawyers, organise review sessions, manage footage submissions, prepare material for external partners, and support the production of reports and accountability outputs.
Key responsibilities include:
·Coordinating the review of footage submissions and managing review schedules
·Supporting a roster of pro bono lawyers, including training and onboarding
·Conducting database searches and preparing evidence for transfer to partners
·Producing reports, data summaries and analysing trends
·Supporting legal and accountability projects with operational and administrative coordination
·Assisting with database and app testing and troubleshooting
The successful candidate will have:
·Experience managing multiple projects, schedules or workstreams
·Experience working with databases and large volumes of information
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
·The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
An interest in human rights, law or international affairs would be advantageous, as would strong technical skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
