As Product Owner, Tag Management, you’ll lead the systems and standards that govern how data is collected across every digital touchpoint—ensuring it’s reliable, scalable, and designed to support great customer experiences. You’ll shape the signals that enable relevant personalisation, smoother journeys, and trusted interactions, while underpinning revenue growth, performance optimisation, and operational effectiveness. Your work turns trusted customer interactions into measurable value, driving sustained performance and long term commercial impact.

What you'll do;

  • Lead the development of our Product Vision & manage the Product Backlog for Tag Management, including Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager, enabling the business to deliver on their requirements.
  • Support a delivery roadmap of features, product releases, and integrations with the wider Sky technology & tooling ecosystem.
  • Be the system admin for all Tag Management solutions within the business
  • Govern the usage of Tag Management platforms within the business, managing the operating model and establishing appropriate controls and workflows for our tools.
  • Enable business adoption and supporting Ideation Workshops and User Story Creation, to drive product requirements and drive the adoption of Tag Management tools in the business.
  • Advise on Tag management best practice including consent adherence, test and release processes and effective tag governance.
  • Join Quarterly Planning & support experimentation & development teams in sprint planning as required.
  • Support our vendor partnerships & ensure tooling remains best-in-class
  • Ensure Technology Stack for tag management adheres to Compliance & Policy Requirements
  • Support MarTech leadership in implementing martech strategy and specific initiatives

What you'll bring;

  • Extensive experience implementing web and mobile SDKs, including instrumentation, validation, and release governance, with strong capability across client-side and server-side tracking.
  • Deep expertise in tag management platforms and their integration within broader marketing technology ecosystems, plus exposure to analytics, CDPs, consent management, personalisation, advertising, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate legal, security, audit, and assurance requirements into practical platform configurations, automated controls, and operational practices.
  • Demonstrated product ownership in complex, fast-moving, matrixed organisations, with experience in Agile Product Management and beneficial familiarity with the SAFe framework.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills, with a highly collaborative style and a track record of trusted partnerships.
  • Genuine passion for media and technology, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

The Marketing Technology team deliver capability that allows us to attract, engage & retain customers and measure the effectiveness of our journeys and marketing spend, utilising best-in-class tech solutions. The team will focus on:

  • Deepening of Martech specialisms and greater alignment and visibility across the group to drive additional value and economies of scale
  • Future-proofing Martech stack to drive media efficiencies and ensure campaign effectiveness through deployment of new capabilities
  • Embedding best practice technologies and championing their adoption to further consolidate technology choices
  • Ensuring stellar customer experience by helping select and deliver consistent, personalised, cross-channel journey orchestration and optimisation
  • Building internal Martech capabilities to enable & empower teams across Sky Residential & Group OTT and to drive operating efficiencies
