Job Title: Product Owner – Microsoft Power Platform – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Digital Workplace team provides end‑user tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows Desktop. You will be part of key transformation programmes, enhancing network, desktops, facilities technology, and AI capability, while delivering road‑map of live product enhancements under strong security, risk, and compliance governance.

What will you be doing as a Product Owner – Microsoft Power Platform

  • Lead point of contact for all activities related to the use and operation of Digital Workplace products (primarily Microsoft Power Platform: Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages).
  • Collaborate with AI CoE, AI Enablement, Architecture, Risk and Security to develop, maintain and manage deployment processes for Microsoft AI capabilities.
  • Work with the technical team in Digital Labs to assess, configure, manage and implement new technologies and updates.
  • Own and manage product roadmaps in partnership with Digital Labs, Service Delivery, Strategy & Architecture, Security, Desktop, Facilities and Global product teams.
  • Support delivery of product enhancements, upgrades and new solutions within KPMG’s Programme and Project Management framework.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage licensing and budgeting for applicable products in collaboration with procurement and vendor management.

What will you need to do it?

  • In‑depth technical understanding of Digital Workplace technologies with a user‑focused mindset.
  • Clear understanding of the value of Digital Workplace tools, especially Power Platform, and how they support business objectives and integrate with other technologies.
  • Influencing skills to drive and effect business change and new tool adoption.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, risk and security considerations for AI services in a regulated industry.
  • Excellent business analysis skills – translate stakeholder needs into tangible requirements and prioritise conflicting needs.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and the M365 collaboration suite.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and overseeing multiple work tracks to deliver on time and meet requirements.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras

  • Microsoft M365 Certifications.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner in a professional services organisation.
