What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Leads strategy and implementation of NPD (New Product Development) across all categories and drives real change and market-leading innovation.
  • Never rests in their pursuit for ultimate quality at every tier and puts the customer at the heart of every product related decision.
  • Achieve your KPI’s and objectives.
  • Follow P&PP (Product & Packaging Pathway) development process, managing highly complex projects to ensure critical path targets are met for cluster, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Challenges continuous improvement to business processes to support the continued development of the NP (New Product) function as the world’s leading NPD team.

  • Ability to apply culinary knowledge and skills to product development.
  • Proven track record at communicating, negotiating and influencing at all levels.

  • A strong strategic planner, using market and customer data to develop product propositions, ensuring we lead the market with a proven track record of clear and successful range strategies.
