Private Client Paralegal

Eventus Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join a highly regarded and well established full service law firm based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.  Role Responsibilities 

In your new Private Client Paralegal job in Nottinghamshire you will work closely with the Head of Private Client and provide full paralegal support on a varied caseload of matters.  

You will have exposure to high quality work and have the opportunity to meet clients face to face, always prioritising high client care.  

Specific duties will include: 

  • Assisting heavily with a caseload private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and tax. 

  • Drafting legal documents such as wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), trust documents, and probate applications 

  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner 

  • Supporting fee earners with billing, file management, and administrative tasks  
     

  • Attending client meetings  
     

  • Providing excellent client care in line with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards  
     

  • Prioritising workload effectively while managing multiple matters simultaneously 
     

Person Specification 

Applications are sought from experienced Private Client Paralegals in Nottinghamshire. You will be able to demonstrate previous hands on private client experience and knowledge around a variety of different private client matters.  

If you are a Private Client Legal Assistant looking to step up and take on more responsibility then you are actively encouraged to apply to this Private Client Paralegal role. 

  • Private Client Paralegal with prior experience dealing with a caseload of private client matters 

  • Ability to liaise confidently with clients and build solid relationships 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision 

  • Fully IT proficient including experience of using case management systems
