  • Data Integrity & Assurance: Perform quality and reconciliation checks on pricing data and system outputs in Excel to guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end pricing calendar, tracking deadlines and collaborating with teams across Finance, Energy Optimisation, Marketing, Compliance, and Data.
  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Triage pricing issues, investigate root causes, and help eliminate manual steps to make our operations more efficient and resilient.
  • Governance & Audit Trails: Maintain process documentation, version controls, and checklists to ensure full compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Commercial Insight: Conduct competitor pricing research and help build clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership.

Hybrid working explained: When and where you’ll be in the officeOur office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a week.
