Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Portuguese or Spanish)

We are seeking a Portuguese or Spanish Customer Service Representative based at our UK headquarters in Wilmslow. The successful candidate will work with a talented team across 68 territories and 25+ nationalities, specializing in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, and Event Production.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hospitality operations for a major international club football event in the USA.
  • Manage customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, advising on policies and regulations.
  • Assist in delivering the Official Hospitality Programme on time.
  • Draft and translate internal and external communications as needed.
  • Input data using Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and internal systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks under the guidance of the Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Contribute to CRM communications, customer response templates, FAQs, and informational documents.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional customer service experience, handling face-to-face and remote interactions.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese/Spanish at a business level.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to solve problems efficiently.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with flexibility in working hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Benefits:

  • Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 or 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
