The Role

OpenTrain AI is hiring Polish Data Annotators (contractor roles) to label and review Polish-language data across text, speech, and images. Tasks include semantic classification, named-entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and verifying speech transcriptions.

This position is remote and worldwide. Pay is $20 USD per hour. We have both part-time contractor openings (minimum 20 hours/week) and full-time contractor openings (available candidates must be able to work 8 hours per day).

What You’ll Do

Follow detailed annotation guidelines to produce accurate, consistent labeled data. You will complete assigned annotation tasks, submit results on schedule, and participate in quality reviews.

Report ambiguous rules, abnormal or problematic data, and suggested improvements so annotation specifications can be refined and data quality stays high.

• Annotate and review Polish text, audio, and image data: semantic labels, entity recognition, sentiment tagging, and transcription verification.
• Strictly follow annotation instructions and quality standards for accuracy and consistency.
• Log and report unclear cases, data issues, and guideline gaps to the team.
• Participate in quality inspections and apply reviewer feedback to improve your work.

Requirements

You must be a native Polish speaker with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and a strong understanding of Polish local culture and idioms.

You need basic computer skills, familiarity with office software, and the ability to learn annotation tools quickly.

• Native Polish speaker (fluency in all language skills and cultural knowledge).
• Able to accept remote contractor work; part-time minimum 20 hours/week, full-time candidates available 8 hrs/day.
• Meticulous, patient, responsible, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in data annotation, translation, or language work preferred; basic NLP knowledge is a plus.
