Role: Pharmacy Operations Lead, reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager. You\\\'ll play a pivotal role in transforming and continuously improving pharmacy operations across Boots pharmacies with a strong focus on activity planning & communications. You\\\'ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and communicating operational processes that enhance service delivery, compliance, and customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to support strategic business growth by enabling a robust and scalable operating platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transformation projects within Pharmacy Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise operational guidance to pharmacy teams for consistent and efficient implementation of new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and refine pharmacy workflows and service models.
  • Provide data-led insights to inform decision-making, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a key communication link for project updates, changes, and guidance across internal teams.
  • Support stores and field teams in embedding new processes and resolving operational challenges.
  • Continuously review, evaluate, and update existing guidance for stores to ensure relevance and accuracy.

What you\\\'ll need to have

  • Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience (desirable, not essential).
  • Demonstrated leadership and accountability.
  • A customer and colleague-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style.
