Role Overview

  • Position: Stylist & Personal Shopper – Independent Contractor, Remote
  • Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week, Duration: 5 weeks
  • Collaborate with a leading AI research lab to design and evaluate shopping-assistant AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design realistic shopper profiles and high-quality prompts for AI systems.
  • Evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems using rigorous evaluation rubrics.
  • Create retail assets such as inventory scorecards and product-content libraries.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve product-recommendation tasks.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying, merchandising, or e-commerce.
  • Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking.
  • Ability to create retail assets like campaign-ROI reports.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.

Engagement Details

  • Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
  • Lucrative bonus structure: Potential to earn $5k+ in bonus payouts
  • Status: Independent Contractor
  • Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
  • Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous
