Job Description

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Organise and prepare documentation for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases in line with organisational policies.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team when necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A professional and proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
