Permanent Part-time Private PA

Cotswolds | 3 days per week | £50,000-£60,000 FTE, pro rata

Location- Chippenham / Cirencester/ Junction 17 M4

Hybrid working available

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Private PA / Executive PA to join a well-established private household in the Cotswolds.

Working directly with the principal, you will act as a trusted right hand, taking ownership of the detail across family life, travel, property and international projects, allowing them to focus on more strategic priorities.

The Role

  • Managing personal and family arrangements, including school liaison
  • Extensive travel planning
  • Coordinating household staff, suppliers and wider contacts
  • Supporting property and development projects
  • Managing action lists, budgets and deadlines
  • Coordinating the wider household and stables
  • Improving systems, technology and project management processes
  • Handling highly confidential information with complete discretion

About You

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and personable PA who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

You will be a confident communicator, straight-talking, flexible and discreet, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine ability to build trusted relationships. A good sense of humour is essential!

Previous Private PA, Family Office, UHNW or senior EA experience would be advantageous. Experience with horses, country estates or property projects would be a bonus.

£50,000-£60,000 FTE, pro rata | 3 days per week | 25 days' holiday + benefits
