The Opportunity

Zinlea Night is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Partnerships Consultant (Business Development Partner) to support the growth of our organisation by identifying, developing and converting strategic partnership opportunities.

This is a fully remote, commission-based contractor opportunity suited to an individual who excels at building relationships, opening doors and engaging senior decision-makers.

The successful candidate will act as an extension of the Zinlea Night team, introducing our service to organisations where enhanced overnight clinical support can provide meaningful value to their members, residents, clients or patients.

Key Responsibilities

The Partnerships Consultant will:

  • Identify and research potential partnership opportunities
  • Develop relationships with relevant decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Conduct professional outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn and networking channels
  • Introduce Zinlea Night and communicate the value of our service
  • Arrange qualified partnership meetings with prospective organisations
  • Support opportunities from initial introduction through to signed agreements and paid pilot programmes
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, opportunities and pipeline progress
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support Zinlea Night’s growth strategy

Target Partnership Areas

The role will focus on developing opportunities across sectors including:

  • Private and luxury care homes
  • Private GP practices and healthcare providers
  • Health insurance companies and brokers
  • Private members’ clubs
  • Premium fitness and wellness organisations
  • Luxury residential developments
  • Concierge and lifestyle management companies
  • High-net-worth client networks

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management or relationship management
  • A proven track record of identifying opportunities, building relationships and converting conversations into commercial outcomes
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, executives and decision-makers
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to represent a premium healthcare concierge brand professionally and confidently
  • Experience managing a pipeline of opportunities and progressing relationships from initial introduction through to conversion

Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential:

  • Healthcare or private healthcare
  • Insurance or employee benefits
  • Luxury hospitality
  • Private members’ clubs
  • Wellness and fitness
  • Concierge services
  • High-net-worth client services
  • Corporate partnerships

Existing networks within these sectors would be beneficial; however, we are equally interested in candidates with a strong commercial background who can demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships and generate new opportunities.

Commission Structure

This is a performance-based contractor opportunity.

The Partnerships Consultant will be rewarded for opportunities they originate that result in successful commercial outcomes for Zinlea Night.

Commission will be payable for:

  • Signed partnership agreements
  • Paid pilot programmes
  • Client engagements successfully converted from opportunities originated by the consultant

The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and formalised within a contractor agreement.

Definition of a Qualified Opportunity

A qualified opportunity is:

  • A new organisation or client relationship introduced by the Partnerships Consultant
  • The appropriate decision-maker or senior stakeholder has been identified and engaged
  • A genuine business conversation has taken place regarding the potential value of Zinlea Night
  • A qualified meeting has been arranged with Zinlea Night to explore a potential partnership, pilot or commercial agreement

A qualified opportunity does not include:

  • General introductions without commercial relevance
  • Contact lists or unverified leads
  • Conversations with individuals who do not influence purchasing or partnership decisions
