The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from across the Super Region and UK&I FS to deliver a consistent Partner experience which leverages the enablement functions provided by UKI.<br><br>A key objective of the role is to work closely with colleagues from across the various Talent functions to streamline processes and wherever possible, have a single process operated across the Super Region. The role sits at the centre of Partner talent, performance and development, driving a coherent and connected experience from promotion pipeline through to senior partnership and succession.<br><br>The role provides leadership of Partner Performance, Development, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews and Partner Experience, working closely with Strategic Talent Partner, Head of UK&I FS Talent, Service Line Leaders, Super Region Talent Development and broader business leadership to strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance partner effectiveness and support thelong-term success of the partnership.<br><br>The role acts as the connector across multiple talent processes, ensuring an integrated approach that supports business priorities, strengthens leadership pipelines and enhances the overall partner proposition.<br><br>As the owner of the UK&I FS Partner Support framework and associated talent processes, the role is responsible for ensuring the Partner proposition remains relevant, impactful and aligned to evolving business priorities. The role delivers insight-led talent strategies, oversees key partner lifecycle activities and drives the continuous enhancement of the Partner experience across all career stages.<br><br>The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management and strong programme leadership skills to influence senior leaders, drive change and deliver measurable impact across the Partner population.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><strong>Team leadership <br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead a small team of Talent colleagues to deliver across the partner talent agenda. </li><li>Work closely with colleagues from across the UKI Talent function to deliver one consistent talent experience to our Partners. </li><li>Bring together virtual teams as needed to deliver the requirements of the partner talent agenda. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Partner Development & Leadership Capability <br><br></strong><ul><li>Own the UK&I FS Partner development strategy and portfolio. </li><li>Oversee Partner Readiness, Career Advocacy, executive coaching and leadership development initiatives. </li><li>Curate development experiences aligned to business priorities and future leadership requirements. </li><li>Ensure effective integation of global, regional and UK&I development offerings. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Partner Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Working with the L&D team, evolve the UK&I FS Partner Support Model and associated development ecosystem ensuring appropriate support at the key partner stages – pre-partner, early stage, general stage, and through to retirement. </li><li>Ensure an exceptional experience across key partner career milestones, including admission, onboarding, promotion and leadership transitions. </li><li>Leverage partner feedback, talent insights and business requirements to continuously enhance the Partner proposition. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Internal Admit Partner Facilitation <br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee the partner promotion and admission processes for EP and NEP. Partner Performance & Talent Governance </li><li>Working closely with the Super Region Partner Finance team, lead the UK&I FS LEAD for PPEDDs process, ensuring effetive goal setting, performance assessment at mid-year and year-end. </li><li>Evolve the current goal setting and performance measurement metrics to reflect behaviours and teaming to a greater extent. </li><li>Partner with Service Line Leaders to drive consistency, fairness and quality across performance management activities whilst ensuring DE&I is actively considered at all stages. </li><li>Provide performance and talent insights to support business and leadership decision-making. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Succession Planning & Talent Reviews <br><br></strong><ul><li>Working with the UK&I FS Talent team, lead the annual Partner Talent Review process across UK&I FS. </li><li>Drive succession planning activities for key leadership and business-critical roles. </li><li>Assess leadership pipeline diversity, strength, readiness and future capability requirements. </li><li>Identify talent risks and development priorities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Strategic Talent Leadership <br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on Partner talent, development and succession matters. </li><li>Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. </li><li>Influence and shape future Partner talent strategies in partnership with Super Region and relevant stakeholders. </li><li>Champion a data-driven approach to talent decision-making and workforce planning. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner Learning Implementation: Collaborate with the Super Region to coordinate and execute Partner learning initiatives, including Ethical Behaviour training. </li><li>GFS Programmes: Oversee the implementation of GFS programmes in collaboration with partners, ensuring these initiatives are aligned with overarching strategic objectives. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills<br><br></strong><strong>Required: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Established Senior Manager level experience in a complex, matrixed environment. </li><li>Self-starter – this is a new role and therefore, the successful candidate will need to shape the role, work autonomously but also partner collaboratively across the existing teams within the Super Region. </li><li>Advanced influencing and change management expertise, with credibility among senior stakeholders </li><li>Client-focused with strong networking and collaboration capabilities throughout the EY network <br><br></li></ul><strong>What we offer: <br><br></strong>A competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
