Part-Time Office Manager / Personal Assistant (Thursday + Friday)

Location: Covent Garden, London (Office-based - Thursdays and Fridays)
Salary: £40,000-£44,000 pro rata, depending on experience

A small, friendly and well-established investment boutique is seeking an experienced Senior Office Manager / Personal Assistant on a part-time basis.

Based in a spacious and elegant office in the heart of Covent Garden, this is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in ensuring the office runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing responsibilities autonomously and acting as the central point of contact for the business.

Please note: This role is office-based two days per week, specifically on Thursdays and Fridays, and applicants must be available to work on these days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the office.
  • Manage office administration, suppliers and facilities.
  • Conduct research to support business projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries and general office operations.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain organised filing and record systems.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and ensure the efficient running of the office.

About You

  • Previous experience in a senior Office Manager or Personal Assistant role.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision - this is essential.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and resourceful with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within the financial services or investment industry would be advantageous.
