Attending relevant packaging, sustainability and industry events and trade shows, helping us stay ahead of emerging trends and challenges.

Contributing ideas and solutions that improve packaging performance, sustainability and efficiency. Qualification and experience:

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning and time-management skills.

A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive tasks through to completion.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a practical and solutions-focused mindset.

Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

Curious, organised and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in packaging, product development, innovation and sustainability.
