Outsourced Maintenance Technical Representative

About The Job

  • You'll be our eyes and ears at third-party facilities, liaising with selected MROs on all aspects of contracted outsourced maintenance across any TUI Group airline.
  • As the single point of contact, you'll review and authorize additional work from both technical and commercial perspectives, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Quality is your priority – you'll make sure all outsourced maintenance activities meet the requisite standards and that paperwork is fully compliant.
  • You'll keep everything on track by ensuring work is conducted in line with contractual terms, supplier SLAs, and NAA regulations.
  • Reporting to relevant parties within E&M, you'll flag any issues or concerns, escalating matters when needed and coordinating activity between MRO and TUI Group.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, you'll provide expertise on outsourced maintenance matters whilst operating collaboratively and professionally in line with our Company values.
About You
  • You bring a well-rounded E&M technical background with experience in heavy maintenance, along with the ability to interpret commercial contract terms.
  • Your solid understanding of compliance requirements for outsourced maintenance activities means nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You're a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works collaboratively, with a track record of engaging with and delivering to multiple diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident in influencing and negotiating with suppliers, you're happy to operate with relative autonomy and travel to third-party facilities across the globe.
  • Your strong organizational skills and sound IT abilities allow you to deftly utilize standard packages, whilst your financial acumen helps you understand and manage cost implications.
  • You're a skilled communicator who quickly builds rapport, ensuring our requirements are fully understood and delivered to, adapting your style according to audience and situation.
