OnlyFans Chat Moderator (Chat QA & Coaching)

Bunny Agency is hiring remote OnlyFans chat moderators. A chat moderator does not run fan conversations — a chat moderator is responsible for the quality of everybody else's. You audit chat logs against our standards, coach the chatters on your shift, enforce each creator's boundaries and the platform's rules, and handle the escalations a chatter should never decide alone. It is a quality-assurance and coaching role sitting one level above chatting, and it is the step up for people who can teach as well as sell.

Responsibilities

  • Audit a sample of every chatter's conversations each shift against our quality standards: persona accuracy, pricing discipline, PPV timing, CRM hygiene.
  • Coach chatters on their own chat logs — specific, evidenced feedback on real conversations rather than generic advice.
  • Enforce creator boundaries and OnlyFans platform rules, and stop conversations that are heading somewhere they cannot go.
  • Handle escalations: hostile fans, refund and chargeback threats, requests that break a creator's stated limits, anything with legal or account-safety risk.
  • Own shift handover quality, spot the accounts that are underperforming and say why, and flag repeat quality problems to team leads.
  • Help train new chatters and sign off on whether they are ready for a live inbox.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older — strictly enforced and verified.
  • Hands-on experience chatting on OnlyFans or a comparable adult platform, or demonstrable equivalent experience in sales QA.
  • Excellent written English and the judgement to explain WHY a message underperformed, not just that it did.
  • Comfort reading sexually explicit conversations all shift — this is a role inside adult content, in review rather than production.
  • The temperament to give critical feedback that lands without crushing the person receiving it.
  • A private workspace, a reliable computer and stable internet, and reliable availability for a fixed shift including nights and weekends.

Pay and what we offer

  • Base rate plus performance bonuses on PPV sales and revenue generated.
  • Chat moderation is paid on the same band as chatting: $2,000–$3,000 per month at entry, $3,500–$5,000 typical, $6,000+ per month for top performers.
  • Fully remote, worked on a fixed shift you agree in advance.
  • Paid training, and a promotion path into team lead and account management.
  • A 112+-person, 90% female-led team.
