NSFW Chatter (Adult Chat Operator)

Bunny Agency is hiring remote NSFW chatters (adult chat operators) to run fan conversations inside our creators' OnlyFans inboxes. You write in the creator's persona, build the relationships that keep subscribers paying, and sell pay-per-view content. Messaging generates most of the revenue on a professionally managed account, so this is the commercial engine of the business rather than a support function. The work is explicit, shift-based and fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Run explicit subscriber conversations in an assigned creator's voice and persona, staying inside her stated boundaries.
  • Sell pay-per-view content and negotiate custom requests at the right moment in a conversation, using the pre-approved content library.
  • Pick up threads left mid-conversation by the previous shift and log everything you learn about a fan in the CRM.
  • Re-engage lapsed subscribers and welcome new ones within minutes of them subscribing.
  • Hit shift revenue targets, and escalate anything that breaks platform rules or a creator's limits.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older — strictly enforced and verified.
  • Excellent written English, with a creative and expressive style.
  • Genuine comfort writing sexually explicit content for a living.
  • Ability to hold a persona consistently across a long conversation.
  • A private workspace, a reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
  • Reliable availability for a fixed shift, including nights and weekends.

Pay and what we offer

  • Base rate plus performance bonuses on PPV sales and revenue generated.
  • Entry chatters earn $2,000–$3,000 per month; a settled chatter typically earns $3,500–$5,000 per month; top performers earn $6,000+ per month.
