Your main responsibilities will be to: Work with your regional manager to create business plans and drive in store promotions and No7 offers. Lead by example and inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets and goals. Get stuck in selling products and providing personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products. Ensure your team of advisors provides the best customer service and creates strong connections so that they keep coming back Create a vibrant and supportive working environment by nurturing relations with your store team, sharing knowledge and tips and celebrating individual and team success. Make sure your counter is always clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the No7 Brand – we’re proud of our heritage and the cutting-edge science and technology behind our products and we want you to be too. What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. Management or team leader experience in a retail or customer service setting, Demonstrable experience working with business plans and achieving sales targets. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver against sales objectives Enjoy sales and selling - you will work alongside your team to meet your KPIs A passion for makeup, skincare and the No7 brand Comfortable approaching customers and applying make-up and skincare Able to communicate with a wide variety of people from your team to customers to regional and store managers Enthusiasm for your ongoing learning and development journey - the desire and motivation to expand your makeup and skincare knowledge and share this with customers is a must.
