Our client is seeking a talented Legal Document Production Specialist to join its dedicated overnight team, delivering exceptional document production support to lawyers across the firm. The role As part of the firm's dedicated Document Production team, you'll produce and amend a wide variety of legal documents to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency and fast turnaround times in a busy, professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Producing, formatting and amending legal documents using firm templates
  • Processing document conversions and working extensively with PDFs
  • Completing digital dictation, document repairs and complex formatting
  • Creating organisation charts and PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing documents through the firm's cloud-based document management system
  • Carrying out thorough quality checks before returning completed work to fee earners
  • Delivering an efficient, responsive and high-quality service while working to tight deadlines
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Legal Document Production Specialist within a law firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio
  • Outstanding document formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
