Night Despatch - Warehouse Operative - Dordon

Join our busy Nights Despatch team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately and delivered on time with enhanced night pay.

Our night shifts are ideal if you prefer working overnight, want higher pay, and enjoy being part of the operation that keeps thousands of orders moving every day.

What we’re looking for

No Warehouse experience needed — just bring a positive attitude.

You must be 18 or over.

You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol

You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.

For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions

Nights Despatch Shift-times – 20:05 to 06:05

You will work 4 nights in every 7‑day period.

Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends

We run Despatch Interviews & Trials every Tuesday, giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team.

10:00 AM

1:00 PM

Successful candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safe working practices may be offered the opportunity to join our team.

As a Nights Despatch Operative, you'll load totes into frames ready for dispatch, sort returning totes, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load totes into frames for dispatch.

Sort and organise returned totes.

Operate a powered pallet truck safely.

Load and unload vans and trailers.

Carry out basic equipment checks.

Follow health and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

£12.84 per hour basic pay

  • £2.67 per hour night premium (midnight–6am)
