About The Role
The individual will sit in in roles that span our Digital Practice. From technical wizards to strategic thinking geniuses, our Digital Practice teams work with customers to support them in achieving their Cloud, Business and Digital transformation goals.
What will you be doing?
The scheme provides an excellent balance between practical hands-on working and time to learn and develop.
During the hands-on element of the role example duties might include:

  • Support the delivery of client facing presentations, workshops, authoring design documentation, technical implementation, and the deployment of solutions
  • Development, configuration, integration, testing, optimisation, implementation, and debug of bespoke client solutions
  • Providing a customer facing interface for support queries and providing a cohesive experience for our clients
  • Updating clients on all stages of support calls including logging, research, action plan and escalation through to resolution
  • Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
  • Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support where required
  • Working on assignments or as part of a wider team on projects and programmes
  • Building relationships with client delivery teams and helping create a collaborative, efficient positive working environment
  • Developing project plans and ensuring delivery adheres to Node4’s engagement framework
  • Support in the management of client project budget and resource forecasting
  • Working with the Project team to support the delivery of client engagements from Node4’s portfolio of projects
  • Ensuring quality throughout the delivery life cycle of Node4 projects
What will your 12 months look like?
  • Introduction to the Node4 business and its functions through a group induction
  • A period of dedicated training as part of a clear development curriculum, learning industry relevant skills including a selection of the following:
  • Communication
  • Stakeholder management
  • Time management
  • Sales support and pre-sales
  • Professional document writing
  • Change management
  • Delivering effective presentations
  • Workshop delivery
  • Risk management
  • Minimum of 5 Microsoft technology fundamental certifications
  • A project management framework qualification (PRINCE2/Agile)
  • Minimum of 2 professional role specific certifications
  • Hands on, practical experience in the following disciplines:
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Digital and Application Innovation (Software Development)
  • Security Operations Centre
  • Data and AI
  • Regular team building and social events with other graduate scheme members
What experience do you need?
No particular experience is required for this role, all we ask for is a growth mindset, a passion for IT and a desire to deliver Exceptional Service
To be successful in the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
  • Must hold or be able to successfully achieve and maintain NPPV3 with SC (this means you will need to have the right to live and work in the UK, be resident in the UK for the past 5 years and have spent no more than 3 consecutive months outside the UK in that period)
  • Able to evidence Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to evidence exceptional communication skills
  • An appetite to continually develop your skills and career
  • Flair for solving problems and analytical skills
