Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrations and Sales: You will drive sales by delivering engaging product demonstrations and tailored storytelling, ensuring customers understand the full potential of Smart Glasses and Mixed Reality. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, Sales Associates (RSAs), Brand Champions, Gaming Experts, and the local Market Manager. You’ll be a key point of contact, fostering collaboration and shared success. Fixture Compliance: Ensure that client fixtures are clean, compliant, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail will ensure that products are always ready for trade. Inventory and Sales Monitoring: Regularly check store stock levels for client products and accessories, providing feedback on opportunities and sales performance. You\'ll also be proactive in flagging any potential issues. Insights and Actions: Gather valuable insights from the store, competitors, and the wider market, and propose actionable strategies in response. Your observations will help drive improvements and keep us ahead of the competition. Experience We’re Looking For: Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in tech or consumer electronics, is a plus. You know how to engage customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that fit. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Smart Glasses, Mixed Reality, or other advanced technology products is highly preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is just as important. Customer Service: A background in providing excellent customer service will set you up for success in this role. You know how to make every customer feel valued and heard. Team Collaboration: Experience working in teams and collaborating with different store departments or external teams. You know how to work with others towards common goals and achieve mutual success.
