Meta Ads Creative Strategist - DTC eCommerce (Remote)

About the Role We\'re a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate with designers/editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
  • Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
  • Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in paid social creative strategy with Meta platform
  • Proven track record creating successful DTC ad campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
  • Experience with direct response marketing principles
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work
