Plus, we’ve just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.</span></p><p><span>We’re looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Non-Medical Prescriber to join our growing clinical team on a <strong>full-time</strong> basis.*</span><br></p><p><span><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assessing patients and developing individualised treatment plans, including prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Testosterone (where appropriate), supplements, and adjunct therapies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining comprehensive, concise, and safe electronic health records (EHR).</span></p></li><li><p>Leading a squad of 5–6 non-medical prescribers, responsible for training, mentoring, and performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team (optional, part of manager track only)</p></li></ul><p><span><em>*Part time (strict minimum of 30 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.</em></span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Registered Nurse Prescriber (NMC with active PIN / V300), or Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC / PIP).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 5+ years’ experience in women’s health.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable expertise in perimenopause and menopause care, including experience prescribing testosterone (essential).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Additional menopause qualifications (e.g. BMS certification) are essential.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>What We Need From You</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to translate clinical knowledge clearly and compassionately for patients.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about improving menopause care.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participation in clinical MDT meetings, clinical audits, and cross-specialty case reviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.</span></p></li><li><p><span>No conflicts of interest.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>What We Offer</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Continuous Growth: CPD, training, and mentorship in a rapidly evolving service led by talented clinicians.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Equity: Share options in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital health scale-ups.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Health & Wellness: Private medical insurance, plus a comprehensive gym & wellness benefit via Wellhub.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility of remote working.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Time Off: 25 days of annual leave, generous parental leave, and flexible working policies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Connection: Regular team events</span></p></li></ul>
