Marketing Manager – B2C / Retail Investments

<p>Our client is a successful and ambitious boutique asset manager with an exciting opportunity for a <strong>London-based Marketing Manager</strong> to join the business and work closely with a Fractional CMO.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strong <strong>B2C bias</strong>, ideal for a marketer who understands how to engage retail investors and consumers through compelling content, digital channels and targeted campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p>We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience gained within <strong>asset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services or fintech</strong>, where you have marketed products or services directly to consumers or retail investors.</p><p><br></p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and delivering high-impact <strong>B2C marketing campaigns</strong> targeting retail investors, alongside activity supporting intermediary audiences</li><li>Creating engaging campaigns and content that make investment products and propositions <strong>clear, relevant and compelling to retail audiences</strong></li><li>Refreshing and developing the firm's <strong>digital presence</strong>, including website, email, social media and other digital channels</li><li>Driving brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation through effective <strong>digital marketing and campaign activity</strong></li><li>Managing marketing content, messaging and communications across digital and print channels</li><li>Producing compelling marketing collateral, presentations, thought leadership and other client-facing materials</li><li>Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns and marketing projects from concept through to execution</li><li>Supporting the development of the firm's brand and ensuring a <strong>consistent customer experience across all touchpoints</strong></li><li>Using marketing technology, data and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement</li><li>Ensuring marketing activity and communications meet relevant <strong>financial services regulatory and compliance requirements</strong></li><li>Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, agencies and other external partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will be a <strong>commercial, digitally minded and hands-on marketer</strong> who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and can take ownership of projects from idea through to delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>You will ideally have proven marketing experience within <strong>asset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services, fintech or another highly regulated consumer-facing environment; </strong>strong <strong>B2C marketing experience</strong>, with a track record of engaging consumers, retail investors or customers; experience developing and executing <strong>integrated digital campaigns; </strong>a strong understanding of digital marketing, content and marketing technology and experience in using automation and AI to support marketing activity.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer looking for a <strong>high-ownership role within an ambitious boutique investment business</strong>, with the opportunity to make a visible impact on its brand, digital presence and growth.</p><p><br></p>
