The Opportunity

V3 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive Amazon & SEO to join an established and growing sports healthcare business based in Havant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in ecommerce, Amazon, digital marketing or marketplace management who is looking to develop their career within a growing business.

The role is predominantly focused on Amazon (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% supporting SEO and wider digital marketing activity.

You will play an important role in growing the company's Amazon presence, improving product listings, monitoring marketplace performance and supporting promotional and PPC activity. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your SEO knowledge and contribute to website content and optimisation.

About the Company

Our client is a market leader in sports healthcare, with a long history of supplying medical teams for some of the UK's leading sports teams and governing bodies, including England Hockey, England Netball and British Judo.

Based in Havant, the business has purpose-built offices and warehousing and prides itself on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality products.

As the business continues to grow its online presence, they are looking for a Marketing Executive who can bring new ideas, practical digital skills and a real interest in ecommerce to the team.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the company's Amazon presence, while also supporting SEO and wider marketing activity.

Amazon 80% of the role

Manage day-to-day Amazon activities, including product listings, account health and support cases.
Monitor competitors and marketplace activity.
Work with the marketing team to improve product images, content and A+ pages.
Monitor stock levels alongside operations and supply chain teams to help prevent products going out of stock.
Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, internal processes and overall marketplace performance.
Track competitor pricing and activity and support pricing and promotional decisions.
Set up and report on Amazon promotions, discounts and vouchers, including Prime Day activity.
Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns, with the opportunity to develop your skills in structuring, optimising and scaling campaigns.
Support quarterly and annual Amazon campaign planning.
Use Amazon Seller Central and Helium 10 data to identify opportunities to improve listings, SEO, images and video across owned and partner brands.
SEO & Wider Marketing 20% of the role

Support SEO strategy through article creation, content optimisation and performance monitoring.
Use GA4, Google Search Console and Surfer SEO to review website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support keyword research and on-site SEO activity.
Assist with metadata, internal linking and website content structure.
Contribute to wider marketing activity, including content ideas, copywriting and website updates.
Create and review visual content using Canva or similar tools.
About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, organised and keen to develop their career within ecommerce and digital marketing.

You may already have experience within Amazon, ecommerce or digital marketing, or you could be working in a related role and looking for an opportunity to take the next step.

You'll ideally have:

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with ecommerce platforms, marketplaces or digital marketing channels.
An understanding of online retail and ecommerce best practices.
An interest in SEO and digital marketing.
Experience creating or reviewing visual content using Canva or similar.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
The confidence to work independently while also being part of a wider marketing team.
A willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
Experience That Would Be an Advantage

The following would be highly desirable:

Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central.
1+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketplace management or digital marketing.
Experience with Amazon PPC.
Amazon listing optimisation and A+ Content.
Marketplace SEO experience.
Experience using Helium 10 or similar ecommerce research tools.
Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of keyword research, metadata, internal linking and content optimisation.
Experience managing marketplace promotions, vouchers or pricing.
Basic image editing or creative asset management experience.
Experience within the sports or healthcare sectors, or a genuine interest in fitness, lifestyle or consumer marketing.

What's on Offer?

£30000 - £33000, depending on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm.
