Join the team as our Marketing Campaigns Intern on Twilio\'s EMEA Marketing team for a duration of 12 weeks, starting on 8th June.

About the internship

Twilio is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Intern to join our EMEA Marketing team and support the delivery of integrated campaigns focused on customer acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative individual to gain hands‐on experience in a fast‐paced environment, assisting with the execution and optimisation of global campaigns as well as regional programs that deliver real business impact.

The ideal candidate possesses a \"start‐up\" mentality and a passion for learning how to convert prospects into qualified leads through multi‐channel campaigns tactics. Working alongside the regional campaigns team, you will help adapt global strategies for regional needs while developing the fundamental skills required for a successful career in marketing.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns, helping to localise content and track deliverables against regional timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination: Provide support to key partners in Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging and assets are delivered and performing effectively.

Reporting & Performance Support: Assist in collecting data to track individual initiative milestones and help prepare campaign updates for stakeholders, contributing to the development of \"test & learn\" strategies to ensure regional ROI metrics are met.

Content & Creative Support: Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to track the production of campaign assets, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Required:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (or equivalent experience).

Foundational Marketing Knowledge: Requires an understanding of core campaign components, including the integration of adjacent marketing functions and tactics.

Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple small tasks or projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Collaborative Spirit: A team‐player mentality with the ability to build effective working relationships in a remote environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or a strong desire to master industry‐standard tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and Canva), combined with a proactive curiosity for emerging AI technologies to streamline content creation, automate task management, and drive campaign optimisation.

Growth Mindset: A \"test and learn\" attitude with a natural curiosity for analysing data and business performance.

Agility: An energetic, self‐motivated individual who thrives in a fast‐paced \"start‐up\" environment.

Multilingual: Proficiency in an additional European language applicable to the EMEA region

This role will be remote and based in the United Kingdom.
