This is a full-time, fixed-term one-year contract, based in our London office at St Mary Axe 4 days a week (with 1 day working reputed company). As Marketing Assistant & Events Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with our Head of Brand to bring our reputed company events calendar to life across the Lomond group of estate and lettings agencies. From large national landlord events and local customer community events, you’ll be at the heart of our brand activity. You’ll also support across the wider marketing function, gaining valuable experience across Comms, Digital, Brand and more. It’s a superb opportunity to learn in a junior role in a fast-paced marketing team. Your responsibilities will include Assisting the Head of Brand with planning, co-ordinating and delivering a wide reputed company of events across the UK. Supporting with venue research, supplier reputed company, guest lists, invites, and on-the-day event logistics. Helping to create event-reputed company collateral, from printed materials to branded merchandise reputed company comms. Assisting with brand campaigns, including internal launches and reputed company creative rollouts. Helping to ensure the Lomond brand is consistently reputed company across reputed company marketing and communications. Pitching in with marketing support across digital, brand, and comms teams as needed, no two days are the reputed company! Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or event support role is ideal. A degree or qualification in marketing, events, communications or a reputed company field is a bonus but not essential.
