Location: Fully Remote - UK

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: UK £75,000 base + substantial uncapped performance bonus with an OTE of up to £200,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic Amazon professional with deep expertise in Amazon FBA to join a high-performing consultancy. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to established marketplace sellers, helping them scale efficiently through tailored brand growth strategies, performance analysis, and tactical support.

This is a hands-off role when it comes to account management you won\'t be clicking around Seller Central on clients’ behalf. Instead, you\'ll guide them through a structured framework to improve their performance and drive profitability.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead weekly consultations with Amazon sellers, providing strategic advice, project direction, and performance reviews.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues relating to catalogue integrity, listing compliance, and suppressed or incorrect content.
  • Review and refine advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, helping clients scale while preserving profitability.
  • Coach clients on product launch approaches, organic ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback via digital channels to ensure accountability and momentum.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies and client resources to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Attend virtual team meetings and learning sessions to stay sharp and continuously evolve your skill set.

Key Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience managing or consulting for Amazon Private Label brands.
  • Proven success supporting brands with £8M+ in annual turnover on Amazon.
  • Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of £40,000+ per month, with strong ROI outcomes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Amazon’s back end: logistics, fulfilment costs, profitability, and inventory strategies.
  • Ability to identify catalogue errors and resolve technical listing or compliance issues efficiently.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Comfortable leading client relationships with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and energised by autonomy and results.
Salary: GBP 54000 - 84000 per year Experience: 5 years required
