Legal Document Reviewer / Paralegal - 100% Remote - £21 p/hour

Robert Half are working with a global organisation and is searching for a team of Paralegals / Document reviewers to support a high profile AI legal project. Initial duration is 4 months starting from Sept 1st with a high likelihood of an extension.

*This is a remote project but you will need to be UK based*

About the Opportunity
Our team is seeking experienced legal professionals to join our clients legal department on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle critical legal research tasks that impact the accuracy of legal data and support the development of next-generation AI tools for legal citation analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research of primary law sources, including case law and statutes.
  • Precisely identify and assess legal authority relationships (such as overruling, compliance, and regulatory changes).
  • Prepare clear and concise summaries and annotations of legal findings.
  • Work within established workflows, maintaining high productivity while meeting or exceeding accuracy and volume expectations.
  • Consistently demonstrate high attention to detail and maintain rigorous quality control independently.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and validation of AI tools by annotating data, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and providing feedback to development teams.
  • Adapt to evolving legal technology and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Law degree or Masters in Law with several years legal research / document review experience in the UK.
  • Strong primary law research skills (case law and statutes)
  • Proven experience analysing legal authority relationships (e.g., overruling, compliance, regulatory change).
  • Excellent legal writing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable with legal research technology and database-driven work. AI or machine learning experience is a plus.
  • Track record of working independently while sustaining high quality and meeting production goals.
