As a Junior Social Media Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting the Social Media & Community team to enhance the company\'s online presence and engagement, with a focus on TikTok. You\'ll assist in content planning, creation, and trend research while actively engaging with the community. Your creativity will help elevate the brand, making it stand out through exciting and relatable social media content that speaks to a diverse audience and boosts KPIs. Accountabilities Assist the Social Media & Community team in planning and creating engaging social media content, with a strong focus on TikTok. Create eye-catching and innovative content that captures the audience\'s attention and generates engagement. Engage with followers and respond to comments to increase visibility and interaction with the brand. Research and identify the latest social media trends and leverage them to enhance content and grow the brand\'s presence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of social media strategies and contribute to growing them. Requirements Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and current trends. Highly creative with a natural ability to think outside the box and generate new content ideas. Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus). Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a passion for entertaining and engaging others. Adaptable and quick to learn in the fast-paced world of social media.
