Summary

We are seeking driven and passionate people to become Junior Sales Executives on our team. For someone who wants to get practical experience in direct marketing, sales, and customer service, this entry-level position is ideal.

Principal Duties

  • Client outreach: Give high-net-worth individuals and NRI clients follow-up calls.
  • Sales Activities: Offer consultancy services and real estate opportunities in India.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales cycle, starting with the first client interaction and continuing with pitching, follow-up, negotiation, and deal completion.
  • Company Events: Take part in two-day property shows hosted by the company, where builders present their projects to potential clients.
  • Client management includes conducting client meetings, setting up appointments, and gathering feedback.
  • Field Work: When necessary, visit clients in person throughout the United Kingdom.
  • Data management: Keep track of client information and correspondence in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Administrative: Monitor sales performance indicators, appointments, and leads.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi and English, with a preference for one regional language (such as Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
  • Technical: Well-versed in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Skills: Outstanding social interaction, patience, and communication skills
  • Eligibility: Possession of the UK work permit
  • Attitude: Motivated, vivacious, and goal-oriented
