YOUR MISSION
  • Responsible for analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of tools for the Digital Workplace in accordance with the set development procedures and coding standards

  • Closely work with the team in Germany in getting the requirements and seeing the projects to completion

  • Plan, estimate and prioritize development tasks

  • Creation of technical and end user product documents

  • Perform testing and debugging

  • Perform technical code reviews for projects developed

  • Migration of SharePoint sites and/or PowerApps solutions

  • Perform technical research and prepare proof of concept/reports on updates and technology changes

YOUR TALENT
  • Minimum 3 years web development experience

  • Solid experience of Agile software development and other software methodologies

  • Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team working with excellent interpersonal skill

Minimum Required Technical Skills

  • HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL (MSSQL/MySQL)

  • Experience developing with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model-Driven, Power Automate, PowerFx)

  • Experience building Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components or Single-Page Applications (SPA)

  • Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise systems

  • Experience with GitHub (source control, branching, pull requests, code reviews)

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with basic prototyping tools

  • Experience in the conception, implementation, testing, presentation, and documentation of complex software projects

  • Experience in source code quality, secure coding practices, and handling application secrets

  • Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns (component-based design, SPA frameworks, MVC/MVVM)

  • Knowledge in agile software development

  • Knowledge in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Office 365, Azure Services (App Services, Functions, Storage), and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)

  • Exposure to Copilot Studio for building copilots and conversational automation as an advantage

  • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (AI agents, reasoning workflows, automation orchestration) as an advantage
