Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for data analysis and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced analysts, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and VBA to analyze data and generate insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in database design, data cleansing, and data visualization tasks.
- Contribute to business analysis activities to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities related to data projects.
- Utilize predictive modeling techniques to vaticinate trends and patterns in data.
- Ensure data quality through thorough testing procedures and smash identification.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC principles and practices.
- Experience in database design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau for data visualization.
- Knowledge of VBA for automating tasks and reporting.
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
